MANAGEMENT OF NONCONFORMITIES IN 3 STEPS
TOOLS assists in the identification of the root cause with ready-made tools such as 5 Whys or Ishikawa ( fishbone diagram ). The software allows the creation of action plans for problem solving, improvement opportunities and strategic plans. It conforms to the procedures established by the company for treatment of occurrences, corrective actions and preventive actions.
At this stage the manager can monitor in real-time the implementation of the planned actions. The actions already completed can be evidenced through attachments and/or comments recorded in the action plan, facilitating the control of the parties.
This step formalize the effectiveness or not of the implemented action plan. If ineffective, the TOOLS redirects the manager to open a new nonconformity report (RNC), with restart of the cycle planning / execution / evaluation.
How to involve the team in the action planning and execution of activities?
In TOOLS you distribute the tasks for the team and sets deadlines. The pending issues are send to the responsibles by e-mail and, if there is delay in the execution, the supervisor also receives a notification that the activity has not been realized yet. The constant monitoring is in real time.
Do I have to open a nonconformity for every problem in the company?
Many cases do not require treatment with root cause analysis or plan of action. The analysis of cause is indicated when there is a problem of unknown cause. The TOOLS allows each company to define and determine when mandatory root cause analysis and action plan. In addition, the TOOLS guides the company to meet the standard.
How to ensure an effective control of the quality problems and planned actions?
With the TOOLS you can control in real time the actions of the entire team, comments and evidence. The Overview has charts that show where there are more nonconformities and where there is greater difficulty solving problems.
