In the FLAG, you can set who will collect the data, who will analyze the results and how often these results will be managed. The system allows information to be collected automatically from other indicators or other software, generating comparative graphics and customized according to the client's wishes. An optimized filter lets you find indicators for a specific period, process or responsible in just 1 click.


The person responsible for collect the data is notified by e-mail. The collect of information is done quickly. When the results are not collected on time or do not reach the defined goals, those responsible for the analysis are notified by email, facilitating the monitoring of the process.


In this step, the FLAG allows the responsible for parsing the results register comments and open a non-compliance from the chart, if the goal is not reached. The tool offers numerous scenarios for the analysis of data collected through comparative charts, trendency results by period, guiding the manager in decision making.


What indicators are needed for the quality management?

The ISO 9001:2008 standard does not define which indicators are mandatory, but requires them to measure and monitore the customer satisfaction, the internal audits and the processes. The terms ``measuring and monitoring`` does not imply specifically the use of graphic indicators (they can be made by monthly reports, for example).
